Weekly World Peace Meditations

The Intention Project invites you to set aside 30 minutes each week to meditate on world peace. Visualize in your mind a world without war, with everyone fed and healthy. Choose the time that works best for you. If you can't meditate at these times, then any time you meditate is still helpful.
