One Minute a Day
All that is being asked of you by the Intention Project is to spend one minute each day visualizing a world of peace where everyone is fed and healthy and has ample opportunity to fully realize their dreams.
You can do this in the morning when you wake up or in the evening before you go to bed. You can even take a moment while driving in your car.
Here are some affirmations you can use:
I am sending love out to the world.
The world is full of peace and love.
The nations of the world are at peace.
Everyone on the planet is fed and healthy.
Economic opportunity exists for all.
Clean water and air exists everywhere.
Sustainability is easy achievable.
Our world leaders are peace-loving, wise, capable, and effective.
Life is good for everyone.
Now, the question you may ask yourself is:
Is this a waste of time?
Let's say that group intention really doesn't have any power. What would be the point then?
Even if intention does not work on a mystical level, participating in this project will still have impact. Why? Because the more people focus on solving world problems, the more action will be taken. More perspectives will change and more minds will open. Eyes will open.
And that, in and of itself, would make a huge difference.
